Westbrook Dental Studio Policies

Operating Policies

Once we accept an impression, there is no charge for a remake. If we request a corrected impression and fail to receive one, there is a 50% labor charge on remakes (with free metal exchange).
Once seated, all restorations are guaranteed for 3 years. Original invoice must accompany any service request. There is a lifetime metal exchange.
Labor Fees include one articulated working model and one contact model.
Terms: Net 30 days 1/112% (18.5)

Pickup and Delivery

Westbrook Dental Studio offers same day pick up and delivery service Chicago, IL area. Our messenger service has a daily route that covers a radius of about 75 miles from Westchester IL including Milwaukee, WS, Rockford, Elgin, DeKalb, Frankfort/New Lenox, and Merrillville, IN.

Are you oustide of that area? Call 630-562-5660 and we'll make arrangements to have your case shipped to our dental laboratory. We are certified by the South Carolina Board of Dentistry.
