Operating Policies

Once we accept an impression, there is no charge for a remake. If we request a corrected impression and fail to receive one, there is a 50% labor charge on remakes (with free metal exchange).
Once seated, all restorations are guaranteed for 3 years. Original invoice must accompany any service request. There is a lifetime metal exchange.
Labor Fees include one articulated working model and one contact model.
Terms: Net 30 days 1/112% (18.5)

Same day pick up and delivery service - Daily route.

Special services provided by DHL.

Once the date is promised, delivery is guaranteed.
